Project Description

UK Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for tissue culture analysis using either the JEG-3, JAR or BeWo cell lines. The experiments will involve treating with the required ligand and the tools that we have developed. The required treatment time of these experiments would be 1 hour.
We would then require Western blot analysis, probing a range of different markers. I have previously used and tested the antibodies required - so the concentration and duration of incubation are already defined.

We would require testing 5 candidates and 5 different markers, as the very first experiments.

The samples would be collected as cell lysates from e.g. the Jeg-3 cells, after the required treatment time of 1 hour.

We would like to do a dose response study, which would require 15 samples (5 candidates x 3 different doses).

We would require duplicates of each sample run for the Western blots.

These would be the immediate experiments that we require.
