Medical Device product safety laboratory needed for Amazon Healthcare product safety testing performed on a very heating pad I'm selling on Amazon. In order to be listed in the Health Care category, I need certification that safety testing has been performed by a lab.

This product is literally a cotton bag filled with flax seed and scented oil - about as simple as it gets. It is made by hand in the USA.

I'm interested in understanding how much it would cost to have this product tested and what you need in order to complete such testing.
I'd also like to confirm that testing performed by your organization will be considered sufficient & acceptable by Amazon as they assess my product in the "Health Care" category.
