Environmental Toxicology Laboratory needed for NYSDEC environmental toxicity testing of cleaning chemicals to New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC): toxicity testing data for aquatic specie (fresh water invertebrate and invertebrate), exact chemical composition, BOD, COD, intermediate/final degradation products, and manufacturer signature certifying that the information provided is accurate (you can find the information here: http://www.dec.ny.gov/permits/93502.html). Sections pertaining this information are sections 10.a-e, 11, 12.a-d, and 16 of the WTC form (attached).
