UK Genomics Laboratory needed to develop an RNA extraction method/kit for use with blood samples our existing PCR based Biomarker assay. Experience in PCR, clinical sample handling and ISO13485/cfr820 Quality systems essential. The method needs to be developed on one or more of the following laboratory platforms :
- Qiacube,
- Promega Maxwell
- ThermoFisher Kingfisher
- Roche MagnaPure 96
