Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for in-vitro testing of cell-lines of liquid substance that may contain a cytotoxin. The cytotoxin in question exerts it's cytotoxicity to mammalian cells via inhibition of DNA, RNA and protein synthesis. It's main outcome in the human body is immunotoxicity, via inhibition of cell division in this actively dividing tissue, but it has also shown cytotoxicity in HeLa cell lines at an inhibitory dose of 3ng/mL. I am unable to quantify the compound directly but I hope to approach this issue by indirect means, such as an in vitro test.
