Project Description

Materials Laboratory needed for Rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) and Polyurethane (PUR) testing for building end-use applications. As a mandatory requirement our finished products must comply to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization base on adapted standard number - BS 4841-1:2006, BS4841-1-2:2006, BS4841-4:2006 & BSI4841-5:2006
Samples of test which we need are:
Thermal conductivity and thermal resistance test
Compressive strength
Thermal strength normal to the major plane of the board
Method for the determination of areas of unbounded facings
Adhesive strength of bonded facings to the PIR or PUR slabs
Other test as required by the mentioned standards
