Manufacturer of septic-filled banana puree, both acidified and not acidified needs food rheology laboratory to determine rheological properties of the puree ( n and K coefficients for the Power Law model t = K (du/dy)^n ). I need this for retention time calculations.
We also need to to determine the specific gravity at 77±2°F and the thermal expansion coefficient of the products.
