URGENT: Asia forensics laboratory needed for drilling project failure analysis. 3rd party lab which can analyze the reason of broken pipe and swivel.

This is one of the urgent issue on a large Drilling work.
This is a work making the underground tunnel for pipeline.
(make the underground tunnel and put at there the pipeline by pulling)
Unfortunately, one of drilling pipe was broken during the drilling work
and a swivel was broken during the pulling time.

Now we try to found out the exact root cause why the equipments are broken
for the preventive any more incident.
