Project Description

Canada Preclinical Contract Research Organization needed for Drug Discovery Research (Antimicrobial testing and Cytotoxicity testing ) to test 3 compounds in antimicrobial assays and human skin-cell line toxicity screens. Antimicrobial assays should include 2-3 Gram + bacteria, 2-3 Gram - bacteria, and 2-3 fungi. Cytotoxicity screens to be performed on keratinocyte and fibroblast cell line. We require MIC and IC50 determination for each compound.
