USA forensics drug laboratory needed for reference comparison study of spectrometers with GCMS or other qualitative testing of device designed for law enforcement officers to use in the field to presumptively identify illegal drugs.

I need a lab with a qualitative testing method that already is in the business of testing illegal drugs to use my device in concert with the existing lab tests so I can build a reference database of spectrum for my device.
