Highly experienced FDA GLP Bioanalytical laboratory needed for analyzing aqueous samples containing very hydrophobic small molecules from various laboratory assay systems (Fluorescence based detection).
Recovery from the aqueous solution should be 85-115% of the known amount (tighter recoveries of 90-110% would be more preferable.
We know the maximum solubility of our compounds in the aqueous buffers based up on previous nephlometer studies.
