Polymer Laboratory needed for polymer testing studies and failure analysis study: ECE (R-110 and R-67) requirement testing on several polymers and plastics used in parts we produce. The following tests include: -Compressed natural gas (CNG)/Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) compatibility, which involves exposing a sample of a given material to pentane at a certain temperature and pressure for a period of time, observing the volume and mass change. -Resistance to dry heat, which involves exposing a sample of a given material to its operating temperature for a period of time, observing the change in tensile strength and elongation -Ozone aging, which involves exposing a sample of a given material to a specific temperature and ozone concentration for a period of time, observing if there is a "cracking" failure mode Thanks!
