Project Description

USA Polymer Laboratory needed for injection molding of six different polymers injection molded to ASTM D 543, Standard Practices for Evaluating the Resistance of Plastics to Chemical Reagents , chemical reagent, dimensional changes, exposure, mechanical property(referencing ASTM D 543, 9.1.1.1 for weight and dimension change). The standard specimens are supposed to be disks that are 2 inches in diameter, 0.125 in thick with a total surface area of 45.60 cm^2. The polymers are HDPE, PET, PP, PVA, PVC, and nylon, and I will need 30 of each (180 total).
