As ia Food Safety Laboratory needed for proficiency testing of food device that measures the level of contaminants, harmful substances, salts (nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, sulfates, chlorides...) in fresh fruits and vegetables.
As we want to open market with our product smartly we are looking for a some sort of a recognition. With the help of authority laboratory we want to conduct profficiency tests and get recognition, approval or some document that will state that our device works correctly - provides correct outputs of contaminant level in certain vegetables.
We are looking at this like: we will provide our gadget to lab, and then laboratory would measure the level of contaminants (nitrates) in certain fruit or vegetable (e.g. apple) and will compare its own results with the outputs of our device. And if the results would be similar, then it could state that our device gives accurate results and the consumer can trust the outputs of our device.
It is made for households' use and would help them to secure themselves from low quality food. The manual for using it: consumer will inject a probe (build-into gadget) into the product (apple, tomato, etc.) and will get a result on its screen in a form of the recommendation whether it is good to eat this product or not, can it be harmful for health or not.
