US GMP or ISO certified laboratory needed for analytical chemistry testing: astaxanthin analysis by HPLC UV, however it has required 100's of grams of dried biomass- we would like a method that only uses mgs. there are methods in the literature but our content is low percent less than 1 so it may be a tricky analysis to isolate since there are many different pigments in the sample as well as lipids, carbohydrates etc.
