Oil laboratory needs Europe oil laboratory for interlaboratory comparison and proficiency testing: physical and chemical testing in Turkey. We are testing transformer oil.For example Transformer Oil Gas Analysis, water content, dielectric strengh,acidity or neutralisation number,dissipation factor etc. We want to have interlaboratory comparison and proficiency test.
