Metallurgical Laboratory needed for steel testing 1. Testing of steel (24 specimens) by Brinell method HB 1/30. Thickness of a steel specimen 0.06-0.1", hardness ~200 HB.
2. Testing of aluminum alloy (24 specimens) by Brinell method HB 1/5/30. Thickness of an aluminum specimen 0.012", hardness ~30-40 HB.
