Project Description

USA Mechanical Laboratory needed for ASTM Testing, ISO Testing and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis for a number of mechanical tests. The tests would be as follows:

1) DMA testing of Pure Resin samples (Specimens will be cut by Materia-Inc. and sent to you for testing). Number of Specimens: 9
Please follow ISO 6721-5, with a temperature ramp from -50 C to 50 C

2) V-Notch Rail Shear testing of composite panels (Specimens will be cut by you guys). Number of Specimens: 18
Please follow ASTM 7078, with strain gauges on both sides of the specimens at plus/minus 45 degrees from loading axis.

3) Pure compression on 0 degree UD composites (Specimens will be cut by Materia-Inc. and sent to you for testing). Number of Specimens: 9
Please follow ASTM 6641, with strain gauges on both sides of the specimen at 0 and 90 degrees.

These tests are high priority, and we would ship the panels to your lab by 9/24 and expect all results by 10/5. Please let us know if this is feasible, and if the tests can be expedited.
