India genetics and Genomics Laboratory needed for DNA extraction and purification using CTAB method

what i have to do is,
1. fresh and healthy leaves to be collected in bulk at 21 DAS
2.. DNA extraction and purification using CTAB method
3. already developed markers to be used
4. identification/ validation of marker in parental lines and segregating progenies to be done.
