Large, multinational infrastructure company needs physical laboratory for for Crack Tip Opening Displacement
Tests ( CTOD ).The testing should be in accordance with ASTM E 1290.
Test temperature shall be -40ºC.


2.) S-5(Low sulfur steel for improved Through Thickness properties) and S-4
(Through Thickness Z- Direction Tensile Testing) in accordance with API
2W/2Y and Option 13 of EN 10225.
