University Research and Development needs India microbiology laboratory for fungal isolation and identification, pathogenicity, fungicide sensitivity test on fungi and phytochemical changes due fungal infection. Also phytochemical analysis of healthy and infected rhizome to be carried out. 1. The source from which fungi to be isolated is infected rhizome of Ginger (Zingiber officinale). 2)No.of samples to be processed are Pythium and Fusarium species. 3) Minimum 5 Fungicide to be tested against the fungi isolated with different concentrations for fungicide sensitivity test . I will provide the fungicides for the test. The source of plant material (Rhizome of ginger) will be provided to you for Fungal isolation , Identification and Sensitivity test only . Please provide me the qoutation time duration for the same
