USA Microbiology/Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for Cleaning System validation testing on 1 to 3 pieces of stainless steel with slots, grooves, tapped blind holes as well as the following testing:
1) Residual Manufacturing Materials (RMM) - a. Gravimetric Analysis per ASTM F2459-05 b. Total Organic Carbon (TOC)
c. Detergent Residual Analysis by ultraviolet/visible (UV/VIS) spectroscopy
2) USP Elution Cytotoxicity
3) Rabbit Pyrogen
