Project Description

Automotive rear view mirrors manufacturer needs Materials Laboratory to perform roughness testing on the ground edge of the mirror. Mirrors range in size, and average 2 mm in thickness. Testing would be done along the 2 mm wide edge. Current spec of 1.8 Ra micro meters max. This would be an ongoing process, as customer requirements determine the amount of parts and frequency.
