India Analytical Chemistry Laboratory needed to de-Formulate a silicone compound with Vinyl terminated Diphenylsiloxane - Dimethylsiloxane as a base polymer mixed with a number of inorganic fillers (mentioned below) to form a highly viscous liquid compound (Viscosity 70,000 cps):

Aluminum Oxide trihydrate
Silica
Powered Quartz
Calcium Silicate
Manganese Oxide
Fumed Silica Gel
Graphite
Titanium Dioxide
A Platinum based catalyst (Qty in PPM)
Water

Please provide the following information:
Percentage by Weight of all the above fillers & the Base Polymer
Formula & Viscosity of the base polymer before this was mixed with the fillers (If possible)
