Toronto Canada Mechanical Laboratory needed for testing broken Shaft adapter, probably due to rotational bending fatigue. 3-4 samples available, one failed, 2-3 control samples; samples look like different thermal treatment was performed; steel was quoted to be SCM440; need to find out if different material was used maybe hardness and strength
