Hormone Content Testing (Bovine Blood)

Project Description

I am carrying out scientific research in the field of breeding, maintenance and operation of farm animals, and I need to determine the hormone content in the blood (or serum, as appropriate) and milk of dairy cows.
The research will be carried out over a period of time longer than 30 days, and in order not to depreciate the quality of the samples and results, I try to avoid too long time durations in terms of preservation of biological material. For these reasons I intend to collaborate with a specialized laboratory that will provide me with services for laboratory analysis, so that after the collection of samples I can send them to the laboratory for analysis.
I am mainly interested in the determination of melatonin and cortisol concentrations in the blood and milk of cows.
At this time I am looking for collaborators, so I am requesting quotations for the determination of melatonin and cortisol in blood and milk samples from cows.
