Enzyme Activity Analysis on Seabass Fish Organs

Project Description

MULTIPLE TESTING

I need to perform the following assays on seabass fish organs.

- Antioxidant enzymes: catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione reductase (GR).

- Immune enzymes: lysozyme activity, superoxide dismutase, alkaline phosphatase activity, protease activity.

- Digestive enzymes: protease activity, amylase, lipase.
