Analytical Chemistry Laboratory needed for the following:
1. Test to determine molecular weight of Hyaluronic Acid (ingredient in powder form) before production.
2. Test to determine molecular weight of Hyaluronic Acid in the finished liquid product. We want to have this test done every month for 2 years to determine how quickly the HA molecule degrades and what the shelf life is.
3. Stability test of the finished product - to test preservatives. How many tests and at what time intervals should they be performed? Our goal is to have 2 year product shelf life.
4. Product safety tests to insure there is no contamination of any sort after production.
We are planning to manufacturer a liquid food supplement for people, with the following ingredients: Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Propylene glycol, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Water DI.
