Project Description

Central USA Mechanical Laboratory needed for testing 2,200 L Fuel tanks for vibration to "Single Container Resonance Test in ASTM D 999-96, Method B, at the test severity, time schedule, and amplitude recommended in Method B. The tank is steel and will weigh 3000 lbs, plus the tank needs to be filled with water to 95%, which adds another 4700 lbs. The tank must not rupture or leak during test.
