Project Description
Construction materials laboratory needed for engineered beam testing for pressure-treated properties. The engineered beam was installed in 2015 and shows signs of rot after 9 years - one contractor says it was not pressure treated, the other said it was. A leftover piece that was kept in the same area could be cut up and sent in for testing.
