Leading dental materials manufacturer needs an ISO13485 Medical Device Laboratory for dental restorative materials stability testing, retention samples, and post-market surveillance requirements. Testing includes:
- setting characteristics
- mechanical properties
- appearance, and
- general system checks
Tests need to be according to standards such as ISO 4049 (Dentistry — Polymer-based restorative materials), ISO9917-1 and 2 (Dentistry — Water-based and Resin-modified cements), as well as our internal Test Methods and Test Protocols.
Labs must ideally align with our own QMS.
