Lab Needed on Contract: Testing Dried Blood Samples for VAMS Analysis

CANADA contract lab, preferably in Ontario or Quebec, needed for testing samples collected using a Mitra (Neoteryx) dried blood collection device for a Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) test study. The laboratory should be able to test these too on a contract basis:
- AMH (anti mullerian hormone), and
- potentially other female hormones (TSH, T4, FSH, LH, Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, Prolactin, SHGB, DHEA).
