contract lab which may perform a QC test for my company. The following needs would be for occasional routine QC testing. Testing must be performed according to GMP. Average size of the powder granule is about 2-5 um. A small sample would be examined dry on a slide. We would like to perform a general characterization anlaysis of the powder as well as evaluate for aglommeration by polarized light microscopy. Computerized color digial photos will be required for record keeping. The equipment that is required are listed below. 1) Microscope with various objective lenses, polarizing filter and 530nm filter 2) Camera system and computer display unit, with the capability for file storage and retrieval. 3) Software for file manipulation with the ability for size measurement of captured images 4) Glass microscope slides and cover slips 5) Reference graticule for confirmation of the size measurement within the video software for California Biotech firm.
