Cementitious Grouts and Mortars Analytical Development

Large corporation needs an independent construction material testing facility for analytical development on cementitious grouts and mortars for the following:
1. To establish the effects of small changes in raw material composition on the quality of dry powder products. For some products, we can have up to 18 different raw materials for a 6k-lb batch, with minimal changes due to incoming raw material deliveries.
I need to develop the performance curves for changes in what is expected within the material deliveries.

2. Explore how to test impurities for bulk deliveries. What exists in the material composition that could impact test results that is not monitored? Develop means to test for levels of impurities.

3. Develop surrogate testing for incoming raw materials - something that can be done on the bench top as a reliable spot check during long campaigns. Current testing can take longer than a campaign.
