- Spice: measure piperine and capsaicin (10 analyzes / year)
- Safran: Safranal (5 analyzes per year)
- Vanilla: vanillin, ethanol content (70 analyzes / year)
- Cumin, saffron, herbal powder: residual solvents (10 per year)
- Coriander: = Essential oil (50 analysis / year)
