FIPS 140-2/140-3 Validation Testing of Keyboard

Project Description

Pakistan-based Contract testing facility needed to provide and/or help obtain FIPS 140-2 or 140-3 validation testing for an AES256 hardware-encryption keyboard that can be connected to any computer or laptop.
This keyboard takes user input, encrypts it into AES256 ciphertext and passes the resulting ciphertext to the computer it is connected to(through a wire). I am contacting you with a few questions in mind.
1- Can you help us secure Fips 140-2/3 validation?
2- If yes, (a) What is the procedure? (b) How long will it take? (c) what will you need from us? and (d) what will you charge?
Kindly answer the questions thorughly.
