Stability Study, LCMS and HPLC Analysis of Fruit Pomace Waste
Project Description
India analytical chemistry laboratory developing functional food out of fruit pomace waste needs laboratory stability study and for HPLC and LCMS analysis of dietary fiber obtained from the fruit pomace waste. HPLC is for composition analysis. LCMS analysis is identify polyphenols in the value-added products using LCMS.
Note:
1. The products for dietary fiber compositional analysis (Insoluble and soluble fractions) are in oven-dried powdered form.
2. The products for polyphenol analysis are in spray-dried and freeze-dried powdered form.
Kndly share the quotations for testing two samples each for dietary fiber analysis and polyphenol analysis.
