Researcher working with FMO3 enzyme us facing issues finding the cell lines for work on Antisense oligos inhibiting the FMO3 gene (Gene id 2328) mRNA in HEPG2 or any liver cell lines, but the gene is not expressed in any of the cell lines available. so need laboratory for cell culture and gene expression studies of the adenoviral infection to overexpress the gene and check for inhibition.
