Cell Based Small Molecule Screening for Dose Response

Project Description

Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for cell based small molecule screening for dose responses in 3 cell lines (one each from groups 1-2 and any three from Group 4.

Group1: MKL-1, MKL-2, MS-1, WaGa, PeTa, and BroLi -(Any one cell line from this group)
Group2: UISO, MCC13, MCC26- (Any one cell line from this group)
Group3:human foreskin fibroblasts: HFF
Group 4: SU-DIPG-IV, SU-DIPG-VI, SU-DIPG-XIII, SU-DIPG-XVII, and SU-DIPG-XXV (Any three cell lines from this group)

We would have around 7 compounds.
These compounds have to be tested individually first, for their concentration response, (8,9 or 10point/2 or 3 fold dilutions). Followed by testing of active compounds in combination with each other keeping one compound at EC50 and other at different concentration ranges.

The experiments will have to be done in duplicates and certain compounds may have to be retested if the EC50 is not obtained due to their high potency.
The same compounds will be screened across all cell line-so dilutions can be done once and used across all cell lines.

Do you have any of the cell lines from Group 1,2, and 3in your collection? If not will you procure the cell lines for us?
(Please note that according to the information we have, MKL1, MS-1, MCC13 & 26 are available in ECCAC. and HFF1 in ATCC.)

Group 4 cell lines are not commercially available and we will arrange to send these cell lines from our source.
