Transmittance Comparison for Solar Cell Material Testing

Contract Laboratory needed for product comparison / transmittance testing. I need to know what the transmittance of the 2 samples are/ ratio of the transmittance to each other. I need to know which piece has a higher transmittance which will lead to an increased performance by a solar cell.
