Student Researcher needs Chemical Laboratory for Testing

USA LABORATORY (NY preferred)
Student Researcher looking for Chemistry Laboratory for Research Project that requires some lab facilities. Every year, 1 million people worldwide die from lead poisoning. My research aims to develop a novel super lead adsorbing bead from fruit waste (orange peels and pineapple leaf microfibers).

The lab resources that I need access to are: automatic stirring device to stir the liquid in beakers, heating oven, vacuum filtration, syringe with small inner diameter (1.2 mm), and microscope

The chemicals that I am looking to use are: sodium hydroxide, Lead(II) nitrate, Nitric acid(65%), ethanol, calcium chloride, and hydrochloric acid (30-34%)
