MULTIPLE TESTING
Contract Laboratory needed for bleach disinfectant wipe product testing for multiple verifications. The product is a bleach disinfectant wipe (.65% bleach). We are changing the substrate for a product. Its the same material but from a different supplier so we need to do a few test to ensure the integrity of the product will not change.
The test would have 3 parts:
1. Express Liquid Testing
a. Ensure the chemical property of the solution does not change when introduced to the wipe. i.e test the solution before adding to the wipe and then squeeze out after.
2. Product performance test according to OCSPP 810.2200
a. Test efficacy for staphylococcus aureus and salmonella enterica
b. Broad spectrum disinfectant/hard non-porous surface
3. Absorption capacity
a. ISO 9073-6
