Small Scale Batch Production of Liquid Soap Detergent

Contract Manufacturer needed that is able to handle small scale batch production of liquid soap/detergent via saponification. The production of a general purpose, liquid soap for a house cleaning company. The motivation is to produce the soap in-house and (hopefully) save on costs. I am interested in a laboratory that could run a small scale batch, based on a list of ingredients we can provide, and could issue guidance related to the production process itself, such as optimizing costs and protocols. Additionally, any regulatory hurdles and relevant information thereof would be greatly appreciated.
