Natural Mosquito Repellent Essential Oils Product Compliance Testing

USA/Canada Contract Laboratory needed for testing natural mosquito repellent product for regulatory compliance.
I am researching the costs related to creating my own natural mosquito repellent using a variety of essential oils and a specific emulsifier plus preservative. In order to sell this product in Canada and possibly the USA I will require significant scientific data, including laboratory results and scientific field studies (ie. in accordance to the Government of Canada guidelines).
Would like to know how to find scientific laboratories willing to do this via contract hiring for this specific product. Thank you.
