Food Company needs Contract Laboratory for Acerola juice concentrate composition testing for LTP content to ensure concentration does not cause allergic reaction as pe an article on a Journal published by the Pasteur Institute: https://www.pasteur.fr/en/research-journal/news/acerola-beware-potential-allergic-reactions in which stated that the LTP content of Acerola juice can cause allergic reactions.Is it possible to send samples to your Laboratory to perform testing for LTP content of our suppliers juice? We would like to have the analysis to better perform an assessment on the viability of introducing this into market and what restrictions we might have to contemplate.Thank you very much for your time and help.
