Project Description

Europe COnsumer Products Laboratory needed for Concept Product Taste Test (beverage)Climate-Controlled (sensory lab) central location; interview room needs to be accurately set at three different ambient temperatures: 20º, 23º, 26º Celsius

- Central locations, with enough space between tables, to guarantee that respondents can fill out the questionnaire independently.

- Locations will have to be unbranded, with fresh air (no smoke/food smells).

- At least 5 (five) high end commercial fridges; test products have to be accurately cooled during at least one day of interviewing at different temperatures: 0º, 3º, 6º, 9º, 12º Celsius

- Internet access needed on interviewer laptops (to access the online questionnaire)

- These locations will have to have a kitchen area, where the refrigerators need to be (to cool test products for one day of interviewing). Test products not used for that day may not be stored in that room. They need to be stored in a dark and cool cellar like room.
