Food Laboratory needed for testing 6 vegetable cooking oils at 5 stages under Gas chromatography and mass spectrometry to detect glycidyl esters and benzene-A-pyrene.
These stages would be 1) control at room temperature.
2) Oil is brought up to the temperature of 190°C
3) Tested at 1 hr interval
4) 3 hr interval
5) 6 hr interval
