Commercial Coffee Distributor needs Food Laboratory for quality control testing of pre-ground and ground coffee. Here's a brief rundown of the situation. Our manufacturer sends us sample cases of coffee which taste amazing and perform as we want to, but when we go to place orders for pallets of that same product, it seems to taste and smell different.We've talked to the manufacturer and they say that the blend is identical and there shouldn't be any issues, but we would like to get a second independent opinion to either confirm or negate various opinions. I think a quantitative analysis will put everyone's minds at ease.Does this look like something your lab is capable of? We can send the original sample as the baseline along with multiple bags from various shipments for comparison. I'm definitely interested to see what we can do.
