FAILURE INVESTIGATION
USA Construction Materials Laboratory needed for wood testing to determine if the wood is rotting on stair stringers. The builder insists that he used treated wood, however, carpenters that replaced some of the stringers insist that they have never seen treated wood rot so fast. The building was completed in 2010, By 2018 the stringers were rotted.
