Multiple Transceivers Testing
Project Description
MULTIPLE TESTING
Transceivers Company needs Laboratory for multiple physical, mechanical , explosives, vibration, fungal resistance, solvents resistance to the following standards:
1. Mechanical Shock
MIL-STD-202H, Method 213, Test Condition I (100 g, 6 ms, terminal-peak sawtooth)
2. Acoustic noise
MIL-STD-810H, Method 515, Procedure I a - Uniform Intensity Acoustic Noise
High performance aircraft at location not close to jet exhausts, 145 dB OASPL with the transmission loss
3. Pressure altitude test
MIL-STD-202-105
altitudes from -1,300 feet to 65,000 feet, over the temperature range -40~+850C
4. Explosive atmosphere test
MIL-STD-810G, Method 511, Procedure I
850C bias on twice
5. Fungus resistance.
MIL-STD-810G, Method 508.
guide for selecting insert materials MIL-HDBK 454, Guideline 4
6. Constant Acceleration
MIL-STD-883, Method 2001
Operating: ±9g in x, y,z direction
Non-Operating:±12g in x, y,z direction
7. Sinusoidal vibration
determine the four (4) frequencies in the range of 40 Hz to 250 Hz to which the equipment is most sensitive
Sine tones of 20 g amplitude, three (3) orthogonal axes
8. Random vibration
MIL-STD-810H, Method 514, Procedure I
9. Fluid resistance
MIL-STD-810, Method 504, Procedure II.
PAO (polyalphaolefin) (MIL-PRF-87252).
10. Resistance to Solvents
MIL-STD-883, Method 2015 or MIL-STD-202-215
